How to show Adsense?
Simply enter your Adsense ID in TweetMeBlue options page
How to edit 125×125 Ads in Sidebar
Go to TweetMeBlue options page and then to 125×125 settings page.
How do i link the Twitter Icon in header to my Twitter Page?

There’s nothing in the nav bar on the backend; the contact form plugin shows up.
You will see it at the bottom of the left sidebar in the admin “TweetMeBlue Options”
I’m using this theme and I love it. But for some reason the Tweet button and the RSS button don’t work. Not clickable.

Thanks for the great design! I just have a question about Featured Posts. I have a thumbnail loaded but each time I do, the finished product creates two boxes (thumbnails) one with the picture and one without. Anyone have ideas on how to fix?

Hi, I’m having a problem with my theme.
On my “TweetMeBlue options” page, I’ve only got general settings with ONLY “twitter ID”
The other settings is “Page Settings” which only edits which page shows.
I see nothing else, as described above.
I need to know how to place the ads to the top right. As well as the login/register pages shown in the theme sample image

I was wondering where some of the features went, that were listed on this page. I also downloaded the theme from inside WordPress (i.e. wordpress.org).
I uploaded the one from this website and it says I have version 1.0 and that I should download 1.1 from wordpress.org, except wordpress.org’s version does not have the advertising features.
You might want to change the version numbers or give them slightly different names. For example, right now WordPress thinks I have both version 1.0 and 1.1 installed, with 1.0 active, but if you look closer they are both pointing to the same directory. It tells you to upgrade to 1.1. Upgrade to 1.1 fails, but that is the version without advertising features anyway.
Other than that, seems to be working fine.

I can’t get my thumbnail images to show in the featured posts. I have added a custom field:

The value is the URL for the image that I have saved in my wordpress media library. I still don’t see the image. Is there something wrong with the custom field/ URL that I have inserted?

That is not the correct url to an image

you can create a folder in wp-content or anywhere… even use a free image host…. simply paste the url in browser and see if the image loads… if it loads then it will work.

Heya, I just updated the theme to the one from here. It works better, and has the rest of the options included.
One more question tho. Is there a way to advertize with AdBrite on there? Cause I dont use Adsense.

I got a problem on the Featured Post. I only get 1 Featured Post, but somehow it show me too. ONe is a duplicate of another. When i clicked on Readmore on one of the Featured Post, it send me to the Error 404 Page. Why is this happening ?

I am very much a novice at setting up and configuring a blog so there is every possibility there are things I have activated and deactivated without even knowing
For some reason the ‘Follow me’ and ‘RSS’ links work using Firefox, but not Explorer as the browser. I have got other people to check on their browsers and the same thing happens. Please could you advise if I have done something to cause this or what do I need to do to correct the problem?

Simply terrific themes. However, I am having problems with the following:
1. Can’t post a comment. No comment options show up after clicking the post link. Using I.E. 7.+
2. Header follow me and rss aren’t clickable
3. Tried de-activating all plug in and actviting the ones required here and no luck.
Suggest another theme where these issues are not present?

I have just transferred my blog to my own domain and have been looking for a Theme that looks professional but not stuffy and is flexible but not complicated, it looks like this one may have nailed it.
My only concern is the Twitter issue. I do not yet (don’t know if I will) Tweet. Is it possible to substitute Facebook for Twitter?

Actually, as the night progressed, I decided (with help from my wife) that I should probably expand my horizons to include Tritter.

Recently I downloaded your TweetMeBlue theme.
I have installed it on my own domain, http://www.LifesDigressions.com. However, I have a couple of issues/requests that I would appreciate your helping me with.
1. The first one is with Plugins. In your Q & A section (http://www.webdesignlessons.com/tweetmeblue) you list the Q & A:
What all plugins do I need?
You will need :

I found and installed the GBCF plugin and it is working. I have searched the Internet for the FeatureMe plugin and the only ones I have found generate lists in the right-hand sidebar. I installed one to see if it had an option for header placement but it does not. Where can I obtain the correct plugin?
Similarly, I forum a PageNavi plugin but it does not seem to “do” anything. While it is possible that I installed it incorrectly, my suspicion is that I may not have gotten the correct company’s version. Again, do you know where can I obtain this plugin?
2. The Twitter and RSS icon links in the upper-right-hand corner of the page are wonderful – they are colorful and ‘cute’ but not silly. I would also like to link to my Facebook page. Do you have a similar icon for that? If not, is it reasonably simple to explain to me how to modify the page?
3. I do not see a link for someone to click to leave a comment. How do they do it?
4. There is a cartoon bubble that shows the number of comments on a given article. However, while I assumed that one would click on the bubble to see the contents that does not happen. How do readers get to see the Comments?
5. At the bottom of every article there is a link to the right that reads: “> Read Full Article”. The links are positioned within the gray gradient that starts the next article and makes it appear that it belongs to the article below and not above. Can this be repositioned to above the start of the gradient?
6. Is there a way (a setting) to limit the number of lines of the blog entry to be displayed? This would allow easier scanning of entries by the reader and the “> Read Full Article” would have more utility.
7. After I had the site up and running, I went into WordPress and added 2 things to the sidebar: Pages and Calendar. When I finished, I looked at my site and they were there but your built-ins were gone! What do I have to do to keep your sidebar
8. How do I ‘get’ users of my site to sign-up for user ids so that they can comment?

2) Cannot insert facbebook
3) They click on the post title, reach the post page, scroll down and comment
4) Will link them to comments in future themes
5) It can be done
6) Thats done through the tag while writing/editing the post
7) Add them also through widgets
8 ) In settings -> discussion check the “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” box

No errors, but when i select the option to show four posts on the frontpage, it doesn’t add another page. So my posts are all displayed. Even when there are six or seven.
Disable PageNavi and see if you see 4 or 6 posts in the homepage

I just realized something — I don’t even have an image box in my header area — all these other sites, and the template itself shows a box to display images in a post in the featured post section … http://www.yourteamblog.net/wordpress why do I not have that?
I see that this templates shows trackbacks and comments all in one place. Can one change that. The previous template had two seperate tabs for trackbacks and comments so that the trackbacks were not mixed with the comments.

at the top of the site i have top 10 girls. i would like to find a way to get the FeatureME plugin to look for the top votes and feature those girls rather then checking “feature this post” box.

One thing I noticed, the version that I downloaded (which was 1.0) doesn’t appear to have the field at the bottom showing the Previous, Next, Last, along with the page numbers. Is this something that I forgot to set, or did you fix that in version 1.1?
Never mind, I figured it out. Somehow the pagenav plugin was corrupted at my site. I deleted it with FTP then downloaded it again. Works now.
There are no settings showing up for me to edit the Google Adsense. Any ideas why? I can see the Twitter one and that’s it.

i use your theme is great bu trying to change the color shceme has been dificult, bascly in hte sidebar area, i was able to change the top image but and the color backgroung where the widgets are but the dinamic side bar that extends down i cant find where to change the color here preatty much i would like something like the light and darker blue but with the yellow tonalities please help me out.

I’m using FF3 on a Mac and can’t get your Ad/Link to display at the bottom of the page. Looked in the footer file and the link is there.
Any ideas? I don’t want to use the theme and not give you the credit you deserve.

I had a quick ‘play’ and got the Ad/Link to display. I had to move the div around a little in the footer.php file then remove the ‘70′ padding from line 678 in the style.css. See below:

I’ve got a better reason for the credits not appearing at the bottom of the page.
My blog title is quite long and overruns into the credits which ‘pushes them off the screen’.
I returned the modified files to normal, ie as you wrote them. Then I went to line 662 in the style.css file and changed the font size for ‘footer H2′, I also adjusted the padding for the ‘footer H2′ in line 666 a little as well.
All looks hunky-dory now.

The featureme is working but I have only one post now after deleting others and now feature me shows 4 features left over from the other posts. I have deactivated, deleted and done everything I can think of but nothing is working. How can I get rid of the old featureme entries that are still there.?
I am also getting this everytime I try to use thumbnail with the value of the image source. I can get to the image source by copying and pasting the value of the img source in the address bar…… here is what I get:

I have been using this theme for 3 months and I can not fix it
I have the following bugs
1. When I add an image caption , the image brakes. If I add a description and title the image brakes.
There is a small patten box and the code is displayed

When ever I insert 3 images to show one 1 row,
the images instead show like a tower in 1 column. Nothing I do make this work.

5. I can not use Google’s Custom Search , even If I replace the search code, the searchform is broken when I use the Custom Search Plugin or if I do the coding to the template files

this is the 5th time for the day i have downloaded the template from here with the plugins.

125×125 can be managed from “tweetme blue options” section, you will see the link the bottom of the left sidebar

This an excellent Theme. It loads pretty fast too. I changed from the gear theme to this and my site is 100 times better. I couldn’t get GBCF to load, but contact 7 looks OK….I just defaults to center. I’ll figure it out…or not worry too much about it.
Is it possible to fix the 1-pixel-left for the white part with Chrome? In IE and FF is looks perfect, but on Chrome (at least on my Chrome, last version) is a shift of 1 pixel.

I have changed the posts to appear as excerpts or teaser posts on the main page. I was wondering if there is a way to display thumbnail images with the excerpts? Wanted to add an image autoresize functionality to the theme. Any help would be appreciated.

I can’t seem to get any adsense code to display in the side bar.I’ve tried all the known techniques and plugins. The space seems to be there after inserting the code, but the ads do not show. Any advice?
Google shows only 3 units per page… if you place more then 3, they will be blank

Having big problems with the FeatureMe and yes ive read all comments here.
Downloaded the featureme from this page, uploaded a thumbnail onto tinypic and used the direct link into a custom field/value. Ticked the box in the post i want featured and nothing shows up. When i scroll down after i update the post, i see it justs unticks the feature :/
Any help, is it a 2.8.2 clash?

Just redownloaded, deleted and upped the plugin again and it still unticks the feature. Have no idea on this one, shame i cant find another theme i like.
i re-downloaded the theme, thinking it would be a theme problem, but the link on here is out of date to a link i downloaded from another blog… I get “theres a new version avaliable” didnt upgrade but tried the feature me, still no work.
No need to upgrade the theme, try disabling the plugins you have one at a time… if it still doesn’t work changing the host MAY work
Ok il try that. I think were on a dedicated server, maybe something isnt installed to work with the feature.

Few quick questions…Somehow the disigned by link got removed and I have been trying for a few hours to figure out how to get it to show back up and haven’t been able to figure it out. Could you please tell me how to get it to reappear? I love this site and want to be giving you complete credit for it, you most def. deserve it.
Also, At the bottom of the page how can I get it to remove my site name that is in huge letters…I would like that not to be there if possible.

I don’t have the advertise here still AND what frustrates me most is that the front page displays the full article while still saying “Read Full Article.” Help?

How come your WP-PageNavi are black and mine is white. I also wanted it to be darker so that it would fit the theme just like on the demo..
go to the plugin files, you will see a stylesheet, empty its content. don’t delete the file itself

I got it…eventough i couldn’t access the editor for plugins on wordpress. i just deleted the plugin and upload it again with the css empty already and it worked. thanks for the info. i won’t upgrade it automatically so it won’t revert back to transparent.

Hey I love this theme and have installed it as my theme… I see one problem though.. In the stylesheet there are icons for the sidebar bullets.

In an earlier reply, you said that when the Featured Posts repeat themselves (mine show twice), it’s a Permalinks problem. What should I set my Permalinks at? (I like having the title of the post appear in the URL.)
Also, I don’t get thumbnails in my Featured Posts. How do I get them to show?

Love the theme – I upgraded to this them on my review blog but I’ve been having a hard time with the FeatureMe plugin to work properly. The plugin installs fine and it gives me the option to check off a post to feature it, however, when I save/publish the post, nothing shows up in the feature me box. Has anyone else experienced this particular issue? Just wondering because the feature me area is a good amount of space to just be empty. Any help would be awesome.
Great Design Really nice I like it. I’m new at this so if you would give me some help here that would be good. The background only goes half way down the page and the footer image is not showing correctly. The featured article system is working great no problem there. It was after I put the opt in box in when the back ground messed up.

Version 1.0 that I downloaded from this page appears to ignore the date format settings in WordPress and only displays the date DD-MM-YY, which is not used in my country.

I am using this theme for my company blog, but I cannot get the footer to show your copyright out of the box. For some reason it does not show. If all else fails I will add it custom.
I just started working with it today, and I like how version 1 has the ads built in but I have version 1.1 and this is where the footer is a problem as well as the feature posts plugin not doing anything. Is there a fix I am not seeing or am I adless and feature postless
I am working on getting your credit in there but as I stated when you install your theme via Wordpress, it does not show the footer.
revert back to version 1, version 1.1 has less features than 1
the reason is i had to remove the ads and feature posts to get listed on wordpress theme directory.

Anyone figure out a fix to that hanging featureme problem? Same as above, I have deleted posts and they still show up as blanks, or I check and uncheck posts and now it is featured twice, once normally, with the full text, and then a second time with no text, but the Readmore link stays, and if you click it, it goes to a post.

you was right there was something plug in that cause the bug in the wonderful template
the plug-in was automatic tag links which creates tags based on your content, once deactivated and deleted the issue appeared to be okay.
I will test again by adding caption
